What you would be doing
You're part of a Techno operations room team staffed around the clock. You're responsible for tracking the status of sources and the readiness of operational systems — receiving reports on faults and intelligence events, routing them to the right people, and prioritizing based on the intelligence picture. That means knowing every operational system in the unit inside out, along with who's responsible for each one. The role calls for strong comprehension and learning ability, good people skills, the ability to motivate colleagues — both subordinates and commanders — and a proactive attitude.
