What you would be doing
You help investigate complaints that come into the Soldiers' Complaints Commissioner — the body that looks into claims from draft candidates, soldiers, and their families. You talk to everyone involved, dig into the paperwork, spot where the army got it wrong, and recommend how to fix it.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: handling people 2 and above, management and organization 2 and above, information processing 3, maturity 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02, then internal training in the unit.
