What you would be doing
If teaching and leading people is what you're drawn to, and being a soldier who teaches sounds right for you, this course is built for that. You mentor high-school students in the Tov program — a joint Ministry of Education, IDF and manufacturers' association initiative that grows technological education, especially the technician tracks. You teach the students a range of technical subjects and keep up an ongoing dialogue with them, checking in on their academic, military and personal progress every week.
