What you would be doing
You command and train Air Force soldiers — either in the field, commanding the ground-defense forces on Air Force bases, or as an instructor, training Air Force soldiers through basic training, flight-course basic training, squad-commander courses and officer prep. After training you're placed in the field or in instruction based on your fit, and later you can move between the two.
What it takes to get in
Profile 72 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women, Yom Ha-MEA: human relations 3+, instruction 3+, teamwork 3+, command 3+.
Training
Basic training 03, then a 12-week course at Bahad 10.
