Officer Track "Migdalor" — Flight Control

You become a flight-control officer, running and overseeing an operational airfield on one of the Air Force's bases. You act fast and efficiently under pressure, command and mentor soldiers, and carry broad responsibility for human lives. It's a demanding, rewarding profession with plenty of command and professional challenges.

Men with profile 45–64 and women with profile 45 and above, Dapar 60 and above, Yom Ha-MEA: management and organization 2+, information processing 3+, teamwork 3+, maturity 3+, effort and persistence 3+, sustained attention 3+, spatial perception 3+, a security clearance, medical checks, a commitment to serve under the "a woman's duty equals a man's" rule, and a signed commitment of at least 4 years of service from the day you receive your rank, signed after the professional part of the officers' course.

Basic training 02, a three-month flight-control foundation course at Uvda base, a three-month attachment at one of the Air Force bases, then Bahad 1, followed by another six months of professional training at Uvda base.
