What you would be doing
You test and guide candidates through the psychological selection process for the flight course — you're involved at every stage, from running the tests to updating and debriefing on the results.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 60 and above. For women, Yom Ha-MEA: instruction 2+, management and organization 3+, information processing 3+, maturity 4+.
Training
Basic training 02, then a six-week course.

At the Aviation Medicine Unit in Ramat Gan (IAMU 112), open-base.
