Electronic Warfare (EW) Operator

You operate sophisticated systems — airborne or ground-based — that jam enemy combat systems and protect Air Force missions in threatened areas. You take part in planning and running operations across flights, deployments, briefings and drills; some roles are in airborne units where the systems run mid-flight.

Profile 72 and above, Dapar 50 and above, Yom Ha-MEA: technical operation 3+, information processing 3+, effort and persistence 3+, a security clearance, medical checks, a commitment to serve under the "a woman's duty equals a man's" rule; an only child must waive that status.

Basic training 03, then a 10-week course, at the School of EW and Cyber on Tel Nof base.
