What you would be doing
You're one of the more sought-after technical candidates in Military Intelligence — this track takes people with real background or unusual potential in computers and cyber, often already carrying hands-on experience from industry or academic study. After training tailored specifically to your skills, you're placed in one of a small number of roles in an elite technology unit, where you prepare teams for operational activity, support those operations, and stay in direct contact with intelligence consumers.
What it takes to get in
Dapar 60, extensive background in computers. Requires signing a commitment to 3 years of keva (career service) and, for women, extending mandatory service to 32 months.
Training
Individually tailored training lasting 3 to 5 months depending on placement, then tironut (basic training) 02 and further training in the unit.
Where you serve
An open base in the center of the country, plus open and closed Aman (Military Intelligence) bases across the country.
