What you would be doing
You serve in the Golani Brigade, doing operational duty across every combat sector — ambushes, patrols, special missions. The brigade specializes in fighting from the Namer armored personnel carrier. There are three regular battalions plus a recon battalion that serves as the Golani recon company.
What it takes to get in
Profile 82 and above. BMI 17–32.
Training
Rifleman tironut 05 (4 months), then advanced training (3 months) reaching rifleman level 07. Recon-company soldiers continue about 7 more months at the recon school.
