What you would be doing

It calls for real sensitivity and people skills, plus the ability to absorb a lot of information fast so you can explain it clearly to nervous 17-year-olds. You work in a tech-heavy environment under real time pressure, always patient and courteous.

Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 4 and above, maturity 3, attention 3.
Training
Tironut 02 and a three-week course at Bahad 11.
