What you would be doing
You guide teenagers through the whole process of being identified, tested and placed into IDF roles. It calls for real sensitivity and people skills, plus the ability to absorb a lot of information fast so you can explain it clearly to nervous 17-year-olds. You work in a tech-heavy environment under real time pressure, always patient and courteous.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 4 and above, maturity 3, attention 3.
Training
Tironut 02 and a three-week course at Bahad 11.

At various recruitment offices and Mitav headquarters.
