What you would be doing
You work right at the gate into the IDF — the Haifa recruitment office, where every candidate's data gets set on Tzav Rishon day. You prepare, guide and support candidates and answer their questions so they land in the most fitting service. After tironut you pick a track: medical, psychometric testing, planning, community outreach, enlistment day, or mental health.

Tironut 02, then training at the recruitment office for the chosen track.
