What you would be doing

You're the voice on the other end of the line for soldiers and their families with a hard problem. You take a call or message from the first contact all the way through diagnosis, coordination with the right people in the unit, and a final answer — making sure every case gets handled properly. You can grow into a shift manager, a training or command role, or the officers' track.

What it is worth afterwards

You build skills that carry real weight in civilian life too: emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication, crisis management and working under pressure, process management and problem-solving, and digital literacy with service systems.
