What you would be doing
You crew small, fast boats guarding Israel's maritime borders and strategic sites — stopping enemy infiltration from the sea, checking vessels and taking part in sea rescue operations. The unit's motto is "zero to a hundred": the service is fast, intense, and changes by the minute.
What it takes to get in
Profile 72 and above with no disqualifying conditions, Dapar 50 and above, a high preferences-questionnaire rating.
Training
Naval-fighter tironut, then about 4 months of Snapir fighter training: basic seamanship, handling rubber boats, shooting, and demanding fitness on land and at sea.
