What you would be doing
You serve aboard a submarine — a strategic, stealth weapon that operates deep behind enemy lines and is almost impossible to detect. The course runs about 14 months and is one of the toughest and most prestigious in the army: strict physical and disciplinary training, learning how the submarine works, and gradually joining real patrols with the crew.
What it takes to get in
Profile 82 with no disqualifying clauses, Dapar 60, Hebrew score 8.
Training
A 14-month course in three stages: basic physical and disciplinary training, specialization by submarine department, and a final stage of certification with participation in almost every sea patrol.
