B"Z Course — Armored Corps Command Track

This is the Armored Corps' prestigious command track. During training you're certified as an armor officer able to command a tank platoon. Compared to the regular track, you get a higher instructor-to-soldier ratio, more command-focused content and extended professional training: you qualify in all three tank crew roles instead of one, and get early command experience ahead of the commanders' course. In just a year and 8 months from enlistment, you can be commanding a platoon — the fastest route to officer rank among the ground combat corps.

Profile 72 and above. By the end of the course you need to run 3,000 meters in under 14:29 and do 7 pull-ups wearing a 7 kg vest (the Bahad 1 threshold).

About 4 months of tironut (rifleman 04), then another 4 months of tank-combat training, a tank commanders' course (4 months), then an officers' course at Bahad 1 (4 months) and a final Armored Corps officers' course.

In one of the Armored Corps' three combat brigades (7, 188, 401), then in combat battalions, the training brigade or other Armored Corps units.
