What you would be doing
You specialize in drone operations for Battalion 636 — flying, demolitions and other special, classified capabilities — inside a defense network that gathers intelligence, scans difficult terrain, secures forces and protects communities along the border. You join a dedicated seven-soldier team of female fighters, led by a sergeant and an officer, uniquely certified on the advanced technological equipment used to stop enemy activity.
What it takes to get in
Medical profile 82 and above. You must pass a female-fighters selection process and commit to mandatory service equal in length to men's, plus active reserve duty.
Training
Eight months at the Border Defense School — four months of tironut (basic training) and four months of advanced training — followed by dedicated training with the Battalion 636 fighter team, then deployment to the line.
