What you would be doing
You run projects and stay connected with partner units, learning your own unit's capabilities and your partners', and coming up with creative answers to the unit's core problems. You're expected to be a self-starter — independent, capable, well-presented, and able to get other people moving on your ideas. Day to day means spotting opportunities in the unit's ongoing work and figuring out how a partner's capabilities can multiply your own unit's force.
