What you would be doing
You command a squad of about 15 new recruits, teaching them to handle weapons, navigate terrain, respond to CBRN threats, use radios, give first aid, and stay physically fit. You're the first commander a recruit meets in the army, and their adjustment to military life depends a lot on you.
What it takes to get in
Profile 64 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Yom Ha-MEA scores, women only: technical operation 2 and above, instruction 3 and above, human relations 3 and above, command 3 and above, teamwork 3 and above, maturity 3 and above, diligence 2 and above.
Training
Basic training 03 and 3 months of training, including advanced command and instruction training.
