Recruit Squad Commander (Military Police)

The Military Police Corps trains its own commanders, and you'd be one of them, based at Bahad 13 in the Training City in the Negev — the first person new Military Police recruits meet. You handle command, instruction, discipline, and drilling in weapons, fieldcraft, radio, first aid, and fitness. You're also responsible for how new soldiers settle into the military system and absorb its norms and rules.

Profile 64 and above, Dapar 40 and above. The role is assigned after entering the military-police recruit company's tironut, confirmed by in-training selection. Selection chances for qualified candidates: medium. Yom Ha-MEA (women only): Technical operation 2+, Instruction 3+, Interpersonal skills 3+, Command 3+, Teamwork 3+, Maturity 3+, Diligence and persistence 2+.

Tironut of about 6 weeks at Bahad 13, then a command course and squad-commanders' course at Bahad 13 (about 7 weeks), followed by a handover period before you start commanding recruits yourself.
