What you would be doing
You answer calls and requests about landline and mobile communications, internet and TV service for every unit and command in the army, including the Shin Bet, Military Intelligence, the Mossad and the Ministry of Defense. You're the first professional line of support for the IDF's communications customers, working with different software systems.
What it takes to get in
No prior knowledge required.
Training
Basic training 02, then a 4-week course at the communications trades school in Tzrifin.
Where you serve
Camp Gedaonim or Tzrifin.
What it is worth afterwards
You gain call-center experience and knowledge of the CRM system — experience valued in civilian life.
