Fields of study for a bachelor's degree: all fields
Review of exceptional cases for applicants up to 0.5 points below the required degree average.
Admission interview: interviews will be held in person only.

Another track

Segol International Medicine — 4-year program combined with a PhD

Bachelor's degree average: 85
Fields of study for a bachelor's degree: all fields
Ranking: ranked in the top 10% of students in the department who completed their studies in the same year
There is no review of exceptional cases.
Admission interview: 2 interviews will be held:
First interview dates: 04.08–13.08.2026
Second interview date: 23.08.2026

What you study

Program goal: to train leading doctors in the fields of global and multicultural health and medicine. We believe that today, more than ever, medical studies need to include a global perspective and prepare students to meet people from diverse populations and different cultures and backgrounds, and to develop awareness of language and access gaps.

The first 3 years of medical studies, at the end of which students receive a bachelor's degree, include preclinical studies and take place mostly at the medical school. The next stage is based on clinical studies, both theoretical and practical, in hospitals and other health services. The bachelor's degree studies include foundational courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics and Computer Science, as well as introductory courses in the life and medical sciences: Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Immunology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, and more.

Specialist Medicinemost commonDiagnosing, treating and preventing diseases, injuries, and physical and mental disabilities using professional, surgical and psychiatric methods. Applying principles and procedures from modern medicine. Specializing in certain types of diseases, patients and treatment methods, and sometimes also teaching and conducting research in the area of specialization and managing hospital departments.
Medical ResidencyThose who have received a Doctor of Medicine degree, completed the required year of internship and obtained a license to practice general medicine. After completing 4–7 years of residency, they can practice as specialists.
General MedicineDiagnosing diseases, injuries, and physical and mental disabilities, treating them, and preventing them. Applying principles and procedures from modern medicine. Providing continuous, comprehensive medical care to individuals, families, and communities.
