A full bagrut with an average of at least 75

Review of exceptional cases

  • Applicants whose admission data do not meet the requirements listed above may submit a written, reasoned request for exceptional admission. Suitable applicants among those who apply will be invited to an admissions interview.

  • In addition, in exceptional and rare cases, in accordance with Council for Higher Education guidelines and at the department’s discretion, an exemption may be granted and admission without a bagrut certificate may be allowed for applicants who have demonstrated that their ability to study was severely affected due to significant and lengthy service in the war (more than 90 days) and/or a significant injury sustained during military service in the war and/or other affected groups, such as those who were orphaned of their parents as a result of the events of 7.10, returned hostages, and similar cases.
