What you would be doing
You handle the personal problems of soldiers and their families — money, housing, medical issues, whatever comes up — with a focus on conscripts, lone soldiers and new immigrants. You can approve grants, vouchers, special leave, or help furnish someone's home. It takes real maturity and a genuine care for people.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Chances of placement, even for those who meet the requirements, are medium. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 3 and above, maturity 3 and above, management and organization 3 and above, teamwork 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02 and a seven-week course.
